Quick crispy personal pizzas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Pizza

01 - 2 (8 inch) tortillas
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
03 - 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
06 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
07 - 6–8 slices pepperoni – or toppings of choice

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
02 - Mix up the parmesan and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
03 - Brush or spray the tortillas with olive oil then sprinkle with the pizza seasoning, reserving 1/2 for topping the pizza.
04 - Spread the pizza sauce on each tortilla in an even layer then top with the pepperoni and cheese. Sprinkle more pizza seasoning on top of each pizza.
05 - Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, carefully place one of the tortilla pizzas into the air fryer, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is fully melted.
06 - Once the pizza is done, remove the air fryer basket from the air fryer and let the pizza sit in the basket for 2-3 minutes to crisp up more.
07 - Carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer using a spatula then cook the other pizza.
08 - Cut the pizza into triangles and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Tortillas – almond flour or flour tortillas work best but any tortillas will work.
02 - Sauce – use pizza sauce, pesto, alfredo, or even BBQ sauce.
03 - Cheese – any cheese will work!
04 - Storage – Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days, and reheat in the air fryer until golden with the cheese melted.
