Golden Baked Crab Cakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crab Cakes

01 - 1 lb fresh lump crab meat, picked over
02 - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
06 - 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - 2 tbsp olive oil

→ Dipping Sauce

12 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
13 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
14 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
15 - 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
16 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment and brush with oil.
02 - Gently combine crab, breadcrumbs, mayo, egg, mustard, seasonings, and lemon juice, keeping crab chunks intact.
03 - Form mixture into 8-10 crab cakes and place on prepared baking sheet.
04 - Cook 15-20 minutes until golden. Optional: broil 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
05 - Mix mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Garnish with parsley.

01 - Can be pan-seared instead of baked
