Creamy Baked Chicken Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1/2 cup chicken broth

→ For the Creamy Topping

04 - 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 clove garlic, minced fresh
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Optional Toppings

09 - 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot at 375°F (190°C). Grab a baking dish and give it a light coating of oil.
02 - In a bowl, mix your softened cream cheese with minced garlic, fresh chives, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper until it's smooth and creamy.
03 - Place your chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread that tasty cream cheese mixture all over each piece. Pour the chicken broth around them and drizzle with olive oil.
04 - Pop it in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until your chicken is cooked through. If you're using cheddar, sprinkle it on top with 5 minutes left to get it melty and golden.
05 - Let it rest for a few minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley if you like. Serve it up hot and enjoy!
