→ For Garnish

12 - Chopped green onions
13 - Sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, honey, and sesame oil until smooth. Reserve about 1/4 of the sauce for dipping.
02 - Add the chicken cubes to the remaining sauce and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1-2 hours, to marinate.
03 - Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
04 - Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken skewers for 4–6 minutes per side or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F) and slightly charred.
05 - Serve the chicken skewers drizzled with the reserved Bang Bang sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

# Notes:

01 - For added flavor, sprinkle the chicken with extra sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving.
02 - Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha, depending on your preference.
03 - These skewers are great served with a side of rice or grilled vegetables.
