Spicy Buffalo Chicken Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 flatbreads (14.5 ounce equivalent)
02 - 2 teaspoons light olive oil

→ Sauce and Toppings

03 - 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (more if desired)
04 - 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken (approximately 3/4 pounds)
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
07 - 1/3 cup sliced green onions (about 3 green onions)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and let it heat up while you prepare the flatbreads.
02 - Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly brush the edges of each flatbread with olive oil.
03 - Bake the flatbreads in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until they're warmed through and just starting to crisp.
04 - Remove the flatbreads from the oven. Spread buffalo sauce evenly over both flatbreads. Top with diced chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, and drizzle blue cheese dressing on top.
05 - Return the flatbreads to the oven and bake for another 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are slightly browned. For extra browning, place under the broiler on high for 1-2 minutes at the end.
06 - Take the flatbreads out of the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onions. Add extra buffalo sauce or blue cheese dressing if desired before serving.
