In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning packet, buffalo sauce, and milk. Mix until smooth, then fold in most of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, saving some for the top layer.

Start by spreading some of the cheese mixture on the bottom of your baking dish. Then add a layer of lasagna noodles, more of the cheese mixture, and a generous helping of shredded chicken.

Keep repeating these layers until you've used up all the ingredients. Make sure to finish with a final layer of the cheese mixture and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top for that perfect golden crust.

Cover the dish with foil and bake at 375°F for about 45 minutes, until the noodles are tender and everything is hot and bubbly.

Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes until the cheese on top gets that beautiful golden color.
