Cheesy Burger Bacon Lasagna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Proteins

01 - 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
02 - 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

→ Sauce Base

03 - 4 tablespoons butter
04 - 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
05 - 2 cups (480 ml) whole milk

→ Cheese

06 - 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1/2 cup (50 g) ricotta cheese (optional)

→ Vegetables & Aromatics

10 - 1 small onion, finely diced
11 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

→ Pasta

13 - 12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions

→ Seasonings

14 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
15 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
16 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
17 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat. Add onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Cook until onions are soft, then stir in crumbled bacon and season.
02 - Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in flour to make a roux. Gradually whisk in milk until thickened. Remove from heat, add Parmesan and garlic powder, then season with salt and pepper.
03 - Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch dish and spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, then meat, sauce, and cheese.
04 - Repeat layering process with remaining ingredients, finishing with a generous cheese layer on top.
05 - Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes more until cheese is golden and bubbly. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.

01 - Add sliced pickles between layers for authentic cheeseburger flavor
02 - Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated - add 10 minutes to baking time if cold
