Cheesy Cheeseburger Pasta Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 12 oz pasta (penne or macaroni)
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 1 onion, diced
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Sauces & Dairy

05 - 1 cup ketchup
06 - 1 cup mustard
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 1/2 cup heavy cream

→ Seasonings & Oil

10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - 1 tbsp olive oil

→ Optional Toppings

12 - Chopped pickles
13 - Turkey bacon bits
14 - Additional cheese for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Bring salted water to boil and cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent, add garlic, then brown ground beef. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
03 - Heat heavy cream in a saucepan, gradually whisk in cheddar and mozzarella until smooth. Season to taste.
04 - Mix pasta, beef, sauces, and cheese mixture in a baking dish. Top with extra cheese if desired. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until bubbly.
