Crispy Cheesy Ranch Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1½ pounds chicken tenders, trimmed
02 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
03 - 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix (1 packet)

→ Cheese Mixture

04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Coating & Seasonings

06 - 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - Cooking spray or olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or give it a light coating of cooking spray.
02 - Stir together yogurt and ranch mix in one bowl. In another, mix both cheeses, crackers, and all the seasonings.
03 - Dip each tender in the yogurt mix, then press into the cheese mixture until well coated on all sides.
04 - Place tenders on your sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake 25-30 minutes, flip halfway, until they hit 165°F inside.

01 - Fresh shredded cheese works better than pre-shredded
02 - Keep the coating light for better crispiness
03 - Works great with ranch, honey mustard, or BBQ sauce for dipping
