Get your oven nice and hot at 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so nothing sticks.

Stir together your melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl until well combined. This is going to make everything super flavorful!

Pop open your crescent roll can and separate the dough into 8 triangles. Put a nice spoonful of mozzarella on the wide end of each triangle.

Starting from the wide cheesy end, roll each triangle up toward the pointy end. Make sure to tuck the point underneath so they don't unroll while baking.

Brush each roll generously with your garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle some parsley on top if you're feeling fancy!

Pop them in the oven for 10-12 minutes until they're golden brown and the cheese is all melty and bubbly. Let them cool just a bit before digging in!
