Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Layer pepperoni slices over the cheese, then sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Carefully roll the dough into a log, folding in the sides to seal the filling inside. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
