# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (17 oz) puff pastry (thawed)
02 - 1 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
03 - 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
04 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
07 - 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
08 - 1 egg (for egg wash)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Squeeze excess moisture from the spinach. Mix the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl until well combined.
03 - Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares. Spoon the spinach mixture into the center of each square. Fold the pastry over to form a triangle, sealing edges with a fork.
04 - Beat the egg and brush it over the puffs for a golden finish.
05 - Place the puffs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
