01 -
Lay the tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Place about 1/2 cup of chopped grilled chicken in the center of each tortilla. The chicken should be pre-cooked and seasoned to your liking.
02 -
Drizzle approximately 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing over the chicken on each tortilla. Then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese on top. If using cilantro, add about 1 tablespoon of minced cilantro to each wrap.
03 -
Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a burrito shape. Make sure to tuck in the sides as you roll to keep the filling from falling out.
04 -
Heat a grill pan or heavy-duty skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat the surface with cooking spray or a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
05 -
Place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down on the heated pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until the tortilla becomes crispy and golden brown and you can see nice grill marks (if using a grill pan).
06 -
Remove the wraps from the heat. Let them cool for just a minute, then slice each wrap in half diagonally with a sharp knife. Serve immediately while still warm and crispy.
