Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, whisk eggs with milk.

Dip each pork chop in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then back in flour. Make sure they're evenly coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry pork chops 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (145°F inside).

In the same skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon but keep 3 tablespoons of the grease in the pan.

Whisk flour into the bacon grease for 1-2 minutes. Slowly pour in milk, stirring constantly until it thickens.

Stir crispy bacon back into the gravy, season with salt and pepper. Pour hot gravy over your crispy pork chops.
