Creamy Beef Pasta Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta and Beef

01 - 12 oz (340g) bowtie pasta (farfalle)
02 - 1 lb (450g) ground beef
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil

→ Vegetables and Aromatics

04 - 1 small onion, diced
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

→ Sauce and Seasonings

07 - 2 cups (480ml) beef broth
08 - 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
09 - 1 1/2 cups (150g) shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella
10 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
11 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
12 - 1/2 tsp salt
13 - 1/2 tsp black pepper

→ Garnish

14 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Boil bowtie pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat oil in large skillet, cook beef and onion 5-7 minutes until browned. Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes more.
03 - Add tomatoes, broth, and all seasonings. Simmer 5-7 minutes to blend flavors.
04 - Stir in cream and cheese until smooth. Add pasta and toss until well coated.

01 - Try adding cooked broccoli, peas, or spinach
02 - Add red pepper flakes for heat
03 - Leftovers keep for 3 days in fridge
