Quick Creamy Beef Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein & Pasta

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 2 cups uncooked pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow macaroni)

→ Aromatics & Seasonings

03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Sauce Base

09 - 2 cups beef broth
10 - 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
11 - 1/2 cup heavy cream

→ Garnish

12 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned (5-7 minutes), drain excess fat.
02 - Sauté onion and garlic with beef for 2-3 minutes. Add seasonings.
03 - Add broth, tomatoes, and pasta. Cover and cook 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04 - Stir in cream and Parmesan. Simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened. Garnish with parsley.
