10 - Jam or chocolate spread
11 - Grated cheese (for savory option)
12 - Powdered sugar or melted chocolate (for sweet cruffins)
13 - Flaky salt (for savory cruffins)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg, then mix until a rough dough forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
02 - Punch down the dough and divide into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin rectangle, spread with softened butter, and add your chosen filling if desired. Roll into a log, then cut lengthwise to create two strips.
03 - Coil each strip with the cut layers facing outward and place in a greased muffin tin. Repeat with all dough pieces, then cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
04 - Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
05 - Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Add your favorite topping - dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with chocolate, or sprinkle with flaky salt.
