Classic Italian Focaccia Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 4 cups (500g) bread flour or all-purpose flour
02 - 2 ¼ teaspoons (7g) active dry yeast or instant yeast
03 - 2 teaspoons (10g) salt
04 - 1 ¾ cups (415ml) warm water
05 - ¼ cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil

→ Topping

06 - 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
07 - Coarse sea salt for sprinkling
08 - Extra olive oil for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, mix until shaggy, then knead 10 minutes until smooth.
02 - Place dough in oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.
03 - Stretch dough onto greased baking sheet. Create dimples all over with your fingertips.
04 - Cover and let rise another 30 minutes.
05 - Heat oven to 425°F. Drizzle dough with oil, sprinkle with salt and rosemary. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden.
