Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, mix until shaggy, then knead 10 minutes until smooth.

Place dough in oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.

Stretch dough onto greased baking sheet. Create dimples all over with your fingertips.

Cover and let rise another 30 minutes.

Heat oven to 425°F. Drizzle dough with oil, sprinkle with salt and rosemary. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden.
