Spicy Garlic Chicken Ramen (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
02 - 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

→ Sauce Base

03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 cup chicken broth
05 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
06 - 2 tbsp soy sauce

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 tsp paprika
08 - 1/2 tsp chili powder
09 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
10 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
11 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Other

12 - 2 tbsp cooking oil
13 - 2 green onions, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken thighs with paprika, chili powder, cayenne, garlic powder, and black pepper. Rest for 15 minutes.
02 - Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and rest before slicing.
03 - In same skillet, sauté garlic, add broth and soy sauce to deglaze. Stir in cream and simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
04 - Cook ramen noodles, divide into bowls. Top with sauce, sliced chicken, and garnish with green onions.
