05 - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

07 - 1/4 cup milk
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
09 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar, for coating
10 - Vegetable oil, for frying

11 - Whipped cream
12 - Strawberry sauce or fresh strawberries
13 - Powdered sugar for dusting

# Instructions:

01 - Beat your softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until it's smooth and creamy.
02 - Spread the cream cheese mix on 4 bread slices, top with strawberry slices, and close with remaining bread. Press the edges gently to seal.
03 - Whisk eggs, milk, and cinnamon in one bowl. Put granulated sugar in another bowl for coating later.
04 - Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, then fry for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
05 - While still warm, roll your fried sandwiches in sugar until they're well coated. Cut in half and serve with your favorite toppings!
