Easy Garlic Butter Chicken (Print Version)

01 - 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs

→ Fats & Oils

02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Herbs & Aromatics

04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

→ Seasonings

07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika

→ Optional Ingredients

09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
10 - Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken skin-side down for 5-7 minutes until crispy, then flip and cook 4-5 minutes more.
03 - Reduce heat to medium-low. Melt butter, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in rosemary and thyme.
04 - Return chicken to skillet skin-side up, spoon sauce over, and simmer 10-15 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
