Stacked Garlic Shrimp Over Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For Shrimp

01 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 2 tablespoons butter
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
06 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

→ Base and Garnish

07 - 2 cups cooked white rice
08 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Lemon wedges for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
02 - In same skillet, melt remaining butter with garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add red pepper flakes and lemon juice.
03 - Press cooked rice into a bowl or mold to form stacks, then carefully transfer to plates.
04 - Top each rice stack with shrimp, pour over garlic butter sauce, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
