Creamy Parmesan Steak Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Steak Base

01 - 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
05 - Salt and pepper to taste
06 - 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)

→ Parmesan Cream Sauce

07 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 tbsp garlic, minced
11 - Salt and pepper to taste
12 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season and cook steak cubes 3-4 minutes until browned. Set aside.
02 - In same skillet, melt butter with garlic and thyme. Return steak to pan, toss to coat, and cook 1-2 minutes more.
03 - In a separate pan, cook garlic in melted butter. Add cream, bring to simmer. Whisk in Parmesan until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
04 - Pour sauce over steak bites, toss to coat. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Add red pepper flakes for extra heat
02 - Can use half-and-half for a lighter sauce
03 - Leftovers keep for 2 days in the fridge
