Seasoned Buttery Crackers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 box Ritz crackers (about 2 sleeves)
02 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced)
04 - ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
06 - ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
08 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in garlic powder (or fresh garlic), parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix well.
03 - Place the Ritz crackers in a large mixing bowl. Pour the butter mixture over them and gently toss to coat evenly. Be careful not to break them.
04 - Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet to ensure even baking.
05 - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crackers turn lightly golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
06 - Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm or store in an airtight container for later snacking.

# Notes:

01 - These crackers are best enjoyed within 2-3 days of making them, stored in an airtight container.
02 - You can customize the flavor by adding different herbs like rosemary, thyme, or Italian seasoning.
03 - For a cheesier version, sprinkle additional grated parmesan on top right after baking while still warm.
