01 - 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 3-4 minutes until pink. Remove from heat.
03 - In a bowl, combine heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, half the Parmesan cheese, and the cooked shrimp. Stir until well mixed.
04 - Transfer the shrimp mixture to a greased 9×9-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
05 - Mix panko breadcrumbs with the remaining Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Sprinkle this mixture over the shrimp and cream mixture.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
07 - Let the dish rest for a few minutes after removing from the oven. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
