In a bowl, combine heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, half the Parmesan cheese, and the cooked shrimp. Stir until well mixed.

Transfer the shrimp mixture to a greased 9×9-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Mix panko breadcrumbs with the remaining Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Sprinkle this mixture over the shrimp and cream mixture.
