Soft Garlic Butter Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 2 cups warm milk (110°F)
02 - 2 tablespoons sugar
03 - 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
04 - ½ cup melted unsalted butter
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 4-5 cups all-purpose flour

→ Filling

08 - ½ cup softened unsalted butter
09 - 4 cloves minced garlic
10 - ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine warm milk and sugar, sprinkle yeast on top and wait 10 minutes until frothy. Add butter, eggs, salt, and gradually mix in flour until soft dough forms.
02 - Knead dough 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in greased bowl, cover, let rise 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
03 - Mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
04 - Roll dough into 12×18 inch rectangle. Spread garlic butter filling evenly, roll from long edge, slice into 12 pieces.
05 - Place rolls in greased dish, let rise 30-45 minutes until puffy. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
