Asian Style Glazed Fish Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

β†’ For the Marinade

01 - ΒΌ cup soy sauce
02 - 1 tablespoon honey
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
06 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

β†’ For the Fish

07 - 4 cod fillets (6 ounces each)
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

β†’ For Garnish

10 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
11 - 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well mixed.
02 - Season your cod fillets on both sides with a little salt and pepper.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cod and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
04 - Pour the marinade over the fish, turn heat to low, and let simmer 3-4 minutes while spooning sauce over the fillets.
05 - Plate the cod and top with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

01 - Leftovers keep for 2 days in the fridge
02 - Great with steamed rice or vegetables
03 - Can add vegetables like bok choy while cooking
