Cheesy Grilled Burrito Supreme (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Burrito Filling

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 envelope taco seasoning
03 - 1/4 cup water
04 - 15 ounces Rico's nacho cheese sauce
05 - 2 cups prepared Mexican rice
06 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
07 - 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
08 - Sour cream (optional)
09 - Tortilla strips

→ For the Burrito Wrap

10 - 4 burrito-size tortillas
11 - 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
02 - In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and chipotle sauce until smooth. This adds a creamy, smoky kick.
03 - Lay out each tortilla and spread nacho cheese sauce down the center. Add 1/4 of the beef, 1/2 cup rice, chipotle mayo, sour cream (if using), and tortilla strips for crunch.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom to secure all the fillings inside.
05 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese directly onto the pan, then place a burrito seam-side down on top. Cook until the cheese forms a golden crust.
06 - Flip the burrito, add another 1/4 cup cheese to the pan, and cook until crispy. Remove and repeat with remaining burritos.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crunch, try adding crushed Doritos inside
02 - Add jalapeños or extra hot sauce if you like it spicy
03 - You can meal prep by cooking the beef ahead of time
