Grilled Honey Buffalo Chicken Thighs (Print Version)

01 - 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
02 - ¼ cup buffalo sauce
03 - 2 tbsp honey
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
05 - ¼ tsp black pepper
06 - ¼ tsp salt
07 - ½ tsp dried parsley
08 - 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
02 - Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and parsley on all sides. Add 2 tbsp of the honey buffalo sauce and toss thighs to fully coat.
03 - Heat your grill to medium-low heat. Once the grill is nice and hot, place the chicken thighs on smooth side down. The key to juicy and tender chicken is to grill them low and slow. Turn the chicken thighs over every 3-4 minutes. Continue this process until chicken juices run clear and the internal temperature is between 165-170°F. Baste the chicken thighs with the honey buffalo sauce during the last few turns.
