01 - 1 tbsp olive oil
02 - 1/2 cup diced onion
03 - 1 tbsp chopped garlic
04 - 2 lbs ground chicken
05 - 1 tsp kosher salt
06 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano
07 - 1/2 tsp dried basil
08 - 1/2 tsp dried parsley
09 - 8 oz tomato sauce or marinara sauce
10 - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

11 - 8 oz mozzarella pearls
12 - 10 oz cherry tomatoes, halved

13 - Fresh chopped basil
14 - Balsamic glaze
15 - Grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
02 - Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Add the garlic, stir, and cook for 1 minute longer.
03 - Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it up as it cooks until completely cooked through. Drain any drippings from the pan if needed.
04 - Season the chicken with salt, oregano, basil, and dried parsley. Pour in the tomato sauce and balsamic vinegar, and stir to combine.
05 - Add the mozzarella balls and the cherry tomatoes on top of the ground chicken, scattered around the pan.
06 - Place the skillet into the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tomatoes are slightly blistered.
07 - Garnish with fresh chopped basil, grated Parmesan cheese, and drizzled balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
