04 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/2 tsp onion powder

09 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
10 - 2 cups beef broth
11 - 2 tbsp butter or oil (for searing and sautéing)

12 - Fresh parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently just until combined and form into 4 oval-shaped patties.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon of butter or oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear patties 3–4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add remaining butter/oil and sliced onions. Cook over medium heat for 10–12 minutes until softened and golden.
04 - Sprinkle flour over the onions and stir for 1 minute to cook out the raw taste. Slowly pour in beef broth, stirring constantly, and simmer until slightly thickened.
05 - Return patties to the skillet, spoon gravy over them, cover, and simmer on low for 15–20 minutes.
06 - Garnish with parsley and serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
