# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pack (12 count) King's Hawaiian Rolls
02 - 3 large eggs
03 - 3/4 cup half and half or whole milk
04 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
07 - Pinch of salt
08 - 4 tablespoons butter, for cooking

→ For Serving

09 - Powdered sugar for dusting
10 - Fresh fruit for topping
11 - Maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together your eggs and half and half in a big bowl until well combined. Add in the vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt.
02 - Take each Hawaiian roll and poke a few holes in the bottom using a toothpick. This helps the custard soak in better.
03 - Dip each roll in the custard mix for about 30 seconds, turning to coat all sides. Don't let them soak too long or they'll get too soggy!
04 - Melt some butter in your skillet over medium-low heat. Cook the soaked rolls for about 30-60 seconds per side until they're golden brown and crispy.
05 - Dust your French toast with powdered sugar and serve warm with fresh berries and maple syrup if you like.

# Notes:

01 - Hawaiian rolls make extra fluffy, sweet French toast - perfect for a special breakfast
02 - Don't skip poking holes in the rolls - it helps them soak up all that delicious custard
03 - Keep your heat on medium-low to avoid burning the outside before the inside is cooked
