Sweet and Spicy Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken & Marinade

01 - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
05 - 1 teaspoon black pepper

→ Pasta & Sauce

06 - 12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
07 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
08 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
09 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Oils & Seasonings

10 - 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
11 - Salt and pepper to taste
12 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in skillet, grill seasoned chicken until golden. Pour honey sauce over chicken, cook 2-3 minutes more until coated. Slice into strips.
03 - Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
04 - Sauté garlic in olive oil, add heavy cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
05 - Toss pasta with cream sauce, add sliced honey pepper chicken, and garnish with fresh parsley.

02 - Both penne or fusilli pasta work well in this recipe
