Spicy Sweet Air Fried Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Salmon

01 - 1½ pounds fresh salmon, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ For the Hot Honey Glaze

08 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
09 - ¼ cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
10 - Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Get your air fryer nice and hot by preheating it to 390°F.
02 - In a big bowl, mix olive oil with all your seasonings - paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss in those salmon cubes and give them a gentle mix until they're all coated in the tasty seasoning.
03 - Spread your seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in your air fryer basket. You might need to cook them in batches if you've got a smaller air fryer. Let them cook for 9-10 minutes, giving the basket a shake halfway through. They're done when they hit 140-145°F inside.
04 - While the salmon's cooking, grab a medium saucepan and warm up your butter and hot honey over medium heat until they're melted together. Turn off the heat once it's all warm and smooth.
05 - Once your salmon bites are cooked, carefully add them to the warm honey-butter mixture and give them a gentle toss to coat each piece. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve them up while they're hot!

# Notes:

01 - Want to use your oven? Bake at 400°F on a lined sheet for 16 minutes, flipping halfway
02 - Make sure not to overcrowd your air fryer - work in batches if needed
03 - You can adjust the heat by using regular honey if hot honey is too spicy
