→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups pancake mix (e.g., Bisquick or similar)
02 - 1 1/2 cups water
03 - 1 lb breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled)
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
02 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the breakfast sausage. Drain excess grease and set aside.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix and water until smooth. Fold in the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and maple syrup.
04 - Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full with the batter.
05 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
06 - Let the bites cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin. Serve with extra maple syrup if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Swap cheddar for your favorite cheese or use maple-flavored sausage for extra sweetness.
02 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave, oven, or air fryer.
03 - These bites are great for meal prep and pair well with fresh fruit or yogurt.
