# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
02 - 2 bell peppers, any color, diced
03 - 1/2 yellow onion, diced
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - 1 tsp seasoned salt (like Lawry’s or Morton’s)
06 - 4 slices Provolone cheese

→ Egg Mixture

07 - 4 large eggs
08 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
09 - 1 tsp hot sauce (optional, for a kick)
10 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x9-inch baking dish by spraying it with non-stick spray.
02 - Dice the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces, and mince the garlic.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
04 - Add the diced bell peppers, onions, and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
05 - Stir in seasoned salt to the beef and vegetable mixture, adjusting to taste.
06 - Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to the prepared baking dish. Layer slices of Provolone cheese on top of the beef mixture.
07 - In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the beef and cheese in the baking dish.
08 - Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
09 - Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy this comforting, cheesy beef and Provolone casserole!
