Quick Raspberry Brownie Parfaits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pudding Mixture

01 - 1 (5.85 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
02 - 3 cups cold 2% milk
03 - 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed

→ Layering Ingredients

04 - 6-8 brownies cut into chunks
05 - 2 cups fresh raspberries

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk for 2-3 minutes, or until it starts to thicken.
02 - Gently fold whipped topping into the pudding until just combined. Set aside.
03 - Spoon about ¼ cup of pudding mixture into the bottom of a glass or small jar. Place about ¼ cup brownie chunks on top of the pudding, followed by a layer of raspberries; repeat with another layer in each glass/jar.
04 - Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
