Garlic Butter Beef & Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

→ Sauce & Seasonings

03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Liquids

11 - 1/4 cup beef broth
12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil and brown beef bites on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to slow cooker.
02 - Mix melted butter with garlic and all seasonings. Add potatoes to slow cooker and pour seasoned butter mixture over everything.
03 - Pour beef broth into the slow cooker.
04 - Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.

# Notes:

01 - Add heavy cream in last 30 minutes for extra richness
02 - Can substitute potatoes with sweet potatoes or carrots
