01 - 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
02 - 2 tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - ¼ cup soy sauce
05 - 2 tbsp honey
06 - 1–2 tbsp chili paste (to taste)
07 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
08 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
09 - 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
10 - 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, chili paste, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken in a single layer. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
03 - Lower heat and pour in any remaining marinade. Stir and let it bubble for 2-3 minutes to thicken the sauce.
04 - Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy with rice or noodles!
