Spicy Korean Gochujang Beef Noodles (Print Version)

01 - 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
02 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 onion, sliced
05 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
06 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
07 - 2 tbsp brown sugar
08 - 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
09 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
10 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
11 - 8 oz cooked noodles
12 - Sesame seeds, for garnish
13 - Sliced green onions, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Thinly slice the beef sirloin, mince the garlic, slice the onion and red bell pepper, and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
02 - In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sliced onion, sauté until fragrant and softened. Add the sliced red bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
04 - In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, Gochujang, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
05 - Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the vegetables, stir to combine. Add the cooked beef sirloin back into the skillet, toss to coat everything in the sauce. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, toss well to combine and coat the noodles in the sauce.
06 - Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot and enjoy your Spicy Korean Gochujang Beef Noodles!

01 - For a spicier kick, increase the amount of Gochujang according to your preference.
02 - Feel free to add more vegetables such as mushrooms, carrots, or baby corn for extra flavor and nutrients.
03 - Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar to suit your taste.
04 - Make sure to cook the beef quickly over high heat to maintain its tenderness.
