Thinly slice the beef sirloin, mince the garlic, slice the onion and red bell pepper, and cook the noodles according to package instructions.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sliced onion, sauté until fragrant and softened. Add the sliced red bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, Gochujang, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.

Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the vegetables, stir to combine. Add the cooked beef sirloin back into the skillet, toss to coat everything in the sauce. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, toss well to combine and coat the noodles in the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot and enjoy your Spicy Korean Gochujang Beef Noodles!
