# Ingredients:

→ For the Rolls

01 - 1 package store-bought cinnamon roll dough (or your favorite homemade recipe)

→ For the Cheesecake Filling

02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
04 - 2 tablespoons sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ For the Cream Cheese Frosting

06 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened
08 - 1 cup powdered sugar
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Start with your cinnamon roll dough - either from the store or homemade. Let it come to room temperature if using store-bought.
02 - In a bowl, mix together your softened cream cheese, diced strawberries, sugar, and vanilla until it's nice and smooth.
03 - Roll out your dough into a big rectangle on a floured surface. Spread the strawberry cheesecake mixture all over, going right to the edges.
04 - Starting from the long side, roll the dough into a log. Cut it into slices about 1 to 1½ inches thick to make your rolls.
05 - Put the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes, until they're golden brown and cooked through.
06 - While they're baking, beat together the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
07 - As soon as the rolls come out of the oven, spread them with your cream cheese frosting while they're still warm. Dig in while they're gooey!

# Notes:

01 - These rolls are best served warm when they're extra gooey
02 - Try adding a sprinkle of cinnamon to the filling for extra flavor
03 - You can swap the strawberries for other berries like raspberries or blueberries
