Copycat Beefy Melt Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Filling

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
03 - 1/4 cup water or beef broth
04 - 1 cup refried beans (optional)
05 - 2 cups cooked Mexican rice

→ For Assembly

06 - 4 burrito-sized flour tortillas
07 - 2 cups Fritos (or Doritos)
08 - 1 cup nacho cheese dip, warmed
09 - 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
10 - 1/2 cup sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - Brown ground beef in skillet, add taco seasoning and water/broth. Simmer 1-2 minutes. Mix in refried beans if using.
02 - Cook Mexican rice according to package. Warm tortillas in damp paper towel for 20-30 seconds until pliable.
03 - Layer beef, rice, Fritos, cheese dip, shredded cheese, and sour cream on each tortilla. Fold sides and roll tightly.
04 - Toast burritos in skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

01 - Can add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat
02 - Substitute beef with beans for vegetarian option
