Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it gets foamy and bubbly.

Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix in flour gradually until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm spot for 1-2 hours until doubled.

Punch down the risen dough and roll it into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 pieces. Place in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise again for 30-45 minutes.
