Grab a big bowl and toss in your ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar, breadcrumbs, onion, and garlic. Add the Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Get your hands in there (they're your best tools for this job!) and gently mix until everything's combined. Don't overmix or your burgers might get tough.
02 -
Divide your chicken mixture into 4 equal portions. Form each into a patty about 1/2 inch thick, making a slight depression in the center with your thumb (this helps them cook evenly without puffing up in the middle).
03 -
Heat up a skillet over medium heat and add a good drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, add your patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side. Since it's chicken, you want to make sure they're cooked through to 165°F. They should be nicely golden on the outside.
04 -
Take your cooked patties off the heat and let them rest for a few minutes on a plate. This helps the juices redistribute so they stay nice and moist when you bite into them.

Time for the fun part! Set out your buns and load them up. Start with a patty on the bottom bun, then pile on whatever toppings you're in the mood for - some crisp lettuce, juicy tomato slices, maybe an extra sprinkle of cheese if you're feeling indulgent. Top with the other half of the bun and dig in while they're still warm!
