Cut salmon into bite-sized 1-inch cubes. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), salt and pepper.

Heat a skillet until hot, then cook salmon pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.

Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.

Either toss the cooked salmon bites in the sauce or drizzle it over top. Serve immediately.
