Spicy Sweet Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Salmon

01 - 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
04 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
05 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
07 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ Bang Bang Sauce

08 - ¼ cup mayonnaise
09 - 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
10 - 1 teaspoon sriracha
11 - 1 teaspoon honey
12 - ½ teaspoon lime juice

# Instructions:

01 - Cut salmon into bite-sized 1-inch cubes. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), salt and pepper.
02 - Heat a skillet until hot, then cook salmon pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
03 - Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
04 - Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
05 - In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
06 - Either toss the cooked salmon bites in the sauce or drizzle it over top. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Choose your preferred cooking method - stovetop, oven, or air fryer all work great
02 - Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha and cayenne
03 - The sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge
