01 -
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks. Drain off any excess grease from the pan.
02 -
Add the minced garlic to the cooked beef and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant but not browned. Remove the skillet from heat and let the beef mixture cool slightly.
03 -
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
04 -
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. On a lightly floured surface, use your fingers or a rolling pin to flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
05 -
Place a small spoonful (about 1-2 tablespoons) of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Top with a cube of cheddar cheese and a small piece of diced Parmesan.
06 -
Carefully fold the edges of each biscuit up and over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to completely seal the filling inside. Roll gently between your palms to form a smooth ball shape.
07 -
Place each filled bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each one to allow for expansion during baking.
08 -
Brush the tops and sides of each bomb with melted butter. If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley for color and extra flavor.
09 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the bombs are puffed up and golden brown on the outside.
10 -
Remove from the oven and let cool for 3-5 minutes before serving. This brief cooling period allows the cheese inside to set slightly so it doesn't completely run out when bitten into.
