01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning mix

→ For Assembly

03 - 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
04 - 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, cut in half

→ For Topping

05 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brown your ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, drain the fat, then stir in the taco seasoning according to the package.
03 - Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 10 equal rectangles.
04 - Put some taco meat and half a cheese stick on each rectangle. Roll them up, making sure to pinch the edges closed so the cheese stays inside.
05 - Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, then brush it over your taco sticks.
06 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool a bit before serving - that cheese is hot!

# Notes:

01 - Try adding diced jalapeños or bell peppers to the beef for extra flavor
02 - Make sure to seal the edges well to keep the cheese from leaking
03 - These are great for dipping in salsa or sour cream
