Easy Chicken Broccoli Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
02 - 2 cups broccoli florets
03 - 3 cups cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or spaghetti)

→ Sauce Base

04 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 cup heavy cream
07 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings & Garnish

08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
10 - Fresh parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta until al dente. Steam or blanch broccoli until tender but crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
02 - Season and cook diced chicken in olive oil over medium heat until browned and cooked through, 5-7 minutes.
03 - Sauté garlic in oil, add cream and Parmesan. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly.
04 - Add pasta, chicken, and broccoli to the sauce. Toss until well coated and heated through. Season and garnish as desired.

01 - Can use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep
02 - Add other vegetables like peppers or mushrooms
03 - Use milk instead of cream for lighter version
