# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb ground beef (use lean or regular depending on your preference)
02 - 4 strips cooked bacon, crispy and chopped
03 - 1/4 cup garlic butter (adds bold flavor; use homemade or store-bought)
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (sharp cheddar melts beautifully)
05 - 1 package crescent roll dough (the flaky base that wraps it all together)
06 - Salt & pepper (to season your beef to perfection)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Chop the cooked bacon and stir into the beef, then mix in the garlic butter until well coated.
04 - Unroll the crescent dough onto a flat surface. Press seams together to form a single sheet.
05 - Spread the beef mixture evenly down the center of the dough. Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top of the beef. Roll up the dough tightly, jelly-roll style.
06 - Place the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
07 - Let cool slightly, slice into rounds, and serve!
