Creamy Chicken and Parmesan Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken & Seasonings

01 - 1 1/2 lb (680g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 1 tsp paprika
03 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
06 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Pasta & Sauce Base

07 - 12 oz (340g) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
08 - 1 1/2 cup (360ml) heavy cream
09 - 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese

→ Aromatics & Fats

10 - 8 garlic cloves, minced (divided)
11 - 6 tbsp butter, divided
12 - 2 tbsp olive oil
13 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet. Cook chicken with seasonings until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes. Add garlic, cook 1-2 minutes more, then set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, cook garlic, then add cream and Parmesan. Simmer until smooth and creamy.
04 - Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, add chicken back in, and mix well. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

01 - Add steamed broccoli or sautéed mushrooms for extra vegetables
02 - Make it spicier with extra red pepper flakes or hot sauce
